The training will begin with foundation and intermediate courses in Issue Based Information Systems (IBIS) and Compendium (a graphical tool for IBIS.) Then you will proceed to the Advanced Compendium course which focuses on using Compendium as a group support tool.
Since most groups have meetings, face to face or online, we recommend the course on capturing the content of meetings with IBIS and Compendium. You may optionally choose to have some or all of the people within your group trained to facilitate meetings with IBIS and Compendium.
